Bowel pain after clomid cycles

Started period after clomid round have long history with clomid and bowel pain, every cycle my dr just says its a side effect and not to be concerned....but it is severe bowel pain day 2 and 3 of period like cant 💩 it hurts so bad....ive had polyps removed but now I'm paranoid they are either back or its just the clomid....my last round of clomid was horrible but I think that was mc pain...but this is typical of when I'm on it....

I am obviously changing to letrezole or something because I can't do this ive tried it off and on for 2 years total....so I know what im going to do

Just trying to see if anyone else in the same boat or had similar experience?
