4yr old getting sick after eating

Brooke

I’m new here, I thought I’d try this out. I’m taking my son to his doctor tomorrow, but I’m curious.. my son has thrown up at night here and there for months since he was like 2. I’ve been told by doctors it was normal.. “childhood sickness” is a term I’ve been told a lot. That for some kids, they just get sick at night at random. Well, past week or so it’s been during the day as well. It’s never been everyday until two weeks ago. He hasn’t thrown up everyday these past two weeks, but it’s been more than usual. We’ve tried everything. Even letting him eat whenever he’s hungry instead of him sitting down at meal times with us and yet, he claims his stomach still hurts. Tonight he tried to eat a small bite of food and 5 mins later he was in bathroom throwing up. I’m lost as to what’s going on. But I do know for sure he’s getting checked out again tomorrow. This worries me. I’m tired of being told this is normal when I really feel it’s not. Anyone else have something like this going on or did with their kid?
