Baby Fever

I've been trying to have a baby for 8 months now and still no baby I've been pregnant 3 times and it was very easy but now that I'm actually trying it's not happening. 2 year ago I had to get an abortion cause I wasn't stable enough but now I am ready ! Can an abortion and plan b pill be the reason ? And what can I do or take to get pregnant?
