I was just diagnosed with PCOS and have read a lot about vitex helping woman to conceive naturally without other fertility help. I was wondering if anyone has experience with it or other things that may have helped naturally before resorting to clomid or metaforin? I'm working on a better low carb less processed food diet, but looking for other experiences that have helped.
