Brown discharge continuously

So I’ve missed my last two periods and have had brown thick discharge for the past three or four weeks (comes and goes)

Last week I started experiencing what I thought were symptoms of thrush. I have incredible soreness on the skin around my vagina and it’s been so painful to walk (feels like I have a cactus between my legs) it’s also itchy down there. I’ve taken a fluconazole 150mg capsule and have been using clotrimazole 2% cream externally on the sore broken skin.

There have been bouts of fresh red blood in between the brown/black discharge mentioned above. I can’t tell if I’ve got the classic white cottage cheese thrush discharge because the brown/black colour overrides this. It is thick I guess. Sorry for the TMI photos but I don’t know what else to do. I’ve contacted my GP who should be getting back to me soon. Is there anything that can relieve this soreness and help heal the skin. It’s so painful to walk.
