JUST miscarried...

I had a missed miscarriage back in late august, had a D&C on September 4.

Found out I was pregnant again on December 6. Started miscarrying a week later, and bled from the 13th-21st.

After my d&c I started my period after 4.5 weeks.. I’m right around there after my second and I just got this.

I know I see a line... but I’m scared because I haven’t even had a period after my last miscarriage. I did do blood work and my pregnancy hormones were back to “normal” after I had stopped bleeding. So there’s no way this is leftover hormones.. right?
