WHY DOES HIS SPERM BURN??

Hii. I’m 17 years old I grew up without a mother\female role model in my life so I rely on the experienced women of the internet. Anyways..I am sexually actively and I am also on  birth control. MY ISSUE IS SEX. I’ve always had issues with having reactions after sexual intercourse like. Yeast infections and UTIS. a couple months ago my bf ejaculated inside for the first time and it felt bad(a burning sensation). I blew it off bc I thought maybe it’s bc I’m not completely cured from the yeast infection. FAST FORWARD A COUPLE WEEKS...IT HAPPENS AGAIN A COUPLE MORE TIMES. I notice that now on top of the burning My vagina is also very swollen and sore after sex. 
He does not but inside me anymore but I still get swollen and sore. (I have tested for STDs) I’m going back to my OBGYN to talk about it with her. I just want to know what you guys think. Please be nice it’s a sensitive topic for me((:

You can actually be allergic to his fluids or even something he ate that is coming through his fluids. Hope you figure it out. That cannot be comfortable.

I got a UTI the first time my partner came in me and I was too far from a bathroom to clean up. It also dripped down some to my recently shaved booty and burned a bit. I think it’s because it’s somewhat acidic. As for swelling, it could be latex condoms or your guy could use a product you know doesn’t hurt to wash himself. It could help if you shower before or afterwards to see if washing off helps. I suppose you could shower with him.

If I haven’t had sex for a while, then sperm burns me too and is quite uncomfortable, but after a day or two of sex then my body seems to get used to it. Maybe you could see if it’s the same? 
I know this used to be a massive issue for me at uni because I would only see my partner once every 2 weeks so it used to burn like crazy! I honestly thought I was allergic to sperm or something 😂🙈 xx
