No Heart Beat. Need your help ladies

Ladies I need your help. I'm in a mess.

Had my first appointment on 30th Dec and baby was measuring 5 weeks and heart beat at 116. Had my second ultrasound yesterday and baby is measuring 6 weeks 3 days. Note my second ultrasound was with a different Doctor. Less than expected and they didnt see a heart beat but just a flicker. Im hoping its not a miscarriage. My app says I suppose to be 9 weeks. I have no pains, no cramping and no spotting.

Any success stories from anyone?
