How many weeks were you when you started getting the nursery ready?

FTM - I’m 20 weeks and thinking by 30 weeks I’d like to have most of the nursery put together. Is that a good timeline? Baby shower will be around 34 weeks so it would be nice to have a place to put everything. Idk, input would be great!

I’m almost 32 weeks but I have to wait on the furniture to be delivered so I’ll be 33 weeks when we get it put together. I am
So anxious/excited to start on it though and have everything come together.

We’re actually putting it together until after the baby come. That’s our guest room for now and our parents will want to visit after she’s born (we live on the other side of the country). She’s going to stay in our room the first few months anyway and my SO’s parents are going to take some of the furniture that’s in there and store it for us until we move next year so we’ll set up the nursery after they leave:

I definitely think the sooner the better :) any time during your second trimester is going to be the best! I think your timeline is great.

My first i started at 22 weeks and we had it complete by 33 weeks. This time we started at 14 weeks and should have it done before 30 weeks

I’m 28 weeks and we’re starting ours now! We’re having our baby shower around 31 weeks so we will have plenty of time to get whatever we need!

I was right around 30 weeks when we put together our first nursery. Wish I would have done it sooner. We’re going to start putting this one together within the next couple weeks here (I’m currently 20 weeks).
