Hi I’m 36, DPO 4 today too. Trying for #1Not stressing at all and taking it easy. Reading too much info can actually do you more harm than good. Do more Netflix & chilling, drink some tea, sleep 8-9 hours and exercise regularly will help you kill time and take your mind off the stress. We are all excited for good news but also remember to treat your body well too! I’ve just recently started in pre-natals, you could get started if you haven’t!Baby dust and all the luck! 😇
