Is she obsessing over her ex

This girl that’s my friend told me she met her bf on discord when she was 17, she wouldn’t tell me who he was until school started, she also told me about how they sat near each other Freshman year, they were together for a few months of senior year, at school she’ll be all over him I would walk away from them to have company for myself then she would come try to find me. He broke up with her because she was “too much to handle”. She started posting about him and he’ll come up to her and ask her to stop. She still talks about him and posts about him, we’re going to be 19 now. I understand the break up really hurt her and I try to listen to her as much as I could because I kind of relate but I don’t know how to help her exactly, she was in and out of therapy and institutions and would tell me about how she doesn’t really relate to anyone around her (which I understand too) but she gets so annoying sometimes. I asked her if she loved herself and she said no, I somewhat believe that’s part of why she’s infatuated with her ex boyfriend.
