So my son started at nursery this week and since Thursday he has had a blocked/runny nose, today he has watery eyes and a temperature of 37.8, I was expecting him to pick some sort of bug up from nursery.

I have given him a dose of Calpol to help the fever but would I class that temp as a high fever and book a test?

He is still eating and taking milk without an issue and is happy and playing.
