Any other July ‘21 mamas doing OTF?
Curious if anyone else is going to Orangetheory or another HIIT workout while pregnant.
I’ve been going since before I got pregnant and was going 5-6x a week. Since I found out in November I cut back to 3x a week and have slowed down my running paces and using lighter weights.
My OB said as long as my pregnancy stays low risk I shouldn’t have problems going and don’t really need to modify but some days I feel odd cramps and tinges when I’m there — mostly on the rower or doing ab based exercises which I already modify.
Wondering if anyone else has experience to speak from! I’d love to hear from you 🧡🔥
