Severe back pain
Guys I need some help. I am 12+6 weeks today. I have a history of lower back/sciatic pain. I haven’t had any too bad since getting pregnant but yesterday and today it has been horrible. Today it’s at the point I can barely walk. I’m using a heating pad, but do y’all have any other recommendations? IM STRUGGLING!!!
