It doesn’t hurt! I think the gravity helps a little. I didn’t put my legs up, but I stayed in bed instead of getting up to the bathroom when I conceived my daughter. I think it helps keep more sperm inside but I don’t know for sure lol

It probably only works for lazy sperm, helps them get to their destination quicker. Otherwise sperm moves very quickly and it's not necessary.

Logically I know it doesn’t work, sperm gets to where it needs to go very quickly... but I still did it, I made sure my hips were propped up too. Don’t do it for too long if you do end up doing this, you don’t want to get an UTI.
