Post c-section question

I'm 3weeks post c-section and I've been getting sharp kind of pulling/stabbing feeling that goes between my incision and belly button. I mentioned it to my dr at my 1week appointment and she said it was normal for the first week or so. But it still been happening after 30 min of walking more moving more like 4-5 times a day. Also last night I noticed a suture sticking out of my incision and it's slightly open and bleeding on and off a little. Is any of this belly pain normal because I don't remember it with my first?
