Pregnant or not?

HI everyone I'm new to this....kinda nervous...who am I kidding I'm extremely nervous.....my calendar says I'm 4 weeks 3 days pregnant and I think I just had implantation bleeding...I kinda still am....But I was wondering is it too early to take a pregnancy test or can I take one today?

Wait what? Why does your app say you’re pregnant if you don’t know if you actually are or not? Also, implantation bleeding comes before a positive test.
