Does this mean I cannot conceive 
Been trying 5 months 
Positive ovulation tests but no ewcm

I never have any signs of ovulation. No noticeable CM ever (certainly no egg white CM) no O pains, nothing. I have conceived four times.

You don’t necessarily need EWCM. Some people just get very watery around that time. You can however, by preseed lube￼￼ and insert this before you have sex, it mimics egg white cervical mucus￼

I don’t get ewcm, only watery which is also considered fertile, had a positive opk Xmas eve and am now almost 6 weeks pregnant :) xx

I conceived our first and didn't notice ewcm at all, but the OPKs gave big fat positives. If it helps, try some pre-seed. That month we used pre-seed and got a BFP at 12DPO. 
Regardless of your cm, there are other ways to see if you're ovulating.
