Anyone not remember your S/Os birthday?

I don’t know why but I can never remember it exactly and it’s been 5 years. I typically have to look at a calendar. 
He asked me today what his birthday is and I was one day off. He’s pretty upset about it and I’m so embarrassed.

My s/o of 6 years can’t remember the year I was born lol. He finally got the month and day right after a few years 😂 I honestly don’t care. Some people just can’t remember certain shit or it takes them a min. It doesn’t mean you don’t love him.

I've never missed a partner's birthday, but I don't always remember to do stuff lol 
I'm not a great special occasion person.
But I make the effort at least sometimes. 
I'm more an every day I'll be here & supportive and do nice things. But, eh, I don't know how to do special stuff. I either overdo or underdo.
