Eye Pressure

I've been noticing pressure behind my left eye for a while now, but it comes and goes and I never really thought much of it. I will also have dull pressure only on the left side of my head at random times. Have any other mama's has this? Was it a problem? I haven't mentioned it to my doctor because i never really thought much of it until now. I went down a rabbit hole on google and completely freaked myself out with the possibilities. Any thoughts/experiences?
