Dealing with anxiety/depression during the TWW

Share positive thoughts and experiences that help avoid panic attacks and negative thought spiraling etc.

- Going for a walk everyday helps

- Making a plan for the tww to avoid over thinking helps such as:

1dpo : clean the fridge

2dpo : organize the storage cupboard

3dpo : meet a friend

4dpo : bake a cake

5dpo : make homemade pregnancy friendly sushi

etc etc ....
