Pregnant again

My baby girl only turned 1 last December she's my everything , my last period started on 17 of December , today was 18 and I was like oh I should do test so I can stop being paranoid ,turns out 3 test later and 2 different brands all turn into a positive .

I only being back at my job since end of July ,now I'm freaking out in so many levels , about giving my baby girl attention ,and loving a new baby , and telling my work that I'll be going into maternity leave again , but most special having 2 kids so close in age and not being able to give either enough attention juggling house plus working full-time please some tell me is going to be alright .
