I had a fwb june-October and started dating in October after I said either we date or I’m done.

I partly feel like he only said date because he is a very lonely dude. He can’t be alone for too long or he gets sad so he needs company from his friends a lot but also from a girl. And I filled that role for awhile prior.

My worry is that he is dating me solely because he is scared to be alone and as of right now meeting new ppl is nearly impossible because of covid. So I was an easy option. So after covid and everyone’s going crazy going out and finally having normal human interaction ... will he ditch me ?

After a month of dating he did this whole cute movie night thing where he said he loved me. I could tell he was really nervous and knew it was coming because he was kinda hinting at it the weekend prior. He said he loved me all the time and cares about me. I do believe him and all I just can’t stop being so insecure and fearing the worst.

He’s helping me with my body goals (toning and getting a butt. ) Ik he is really wanting it too obviously. Although he says how he likes the way I look etc he does through in comments reminding me of my goals or like times where I looked super good and wondering I I did look so good a few months ago. (Kinda saying I don’t look as good now? Idk)

I also know he thinks as I get more into my 20s (just turned 20) I will glow up as most ppl do around this age. Because we get rid of baby faces and whatever idk. I will say yes I have been kinda looking better compared to the last couple years with weight loss and getting better at makeup etc.

What if I don’t meet his expectations and he gets disappointed?

- Ik the answer is fuck him find someone better and stuff. But I just hate thinking and feeling like this. Like he’ll be bored of me or I won’t compare to other girls he eventually will meet after covid.

He’s takes ab me moving in during summer but is that all talk? Or is it real? Maybe I’ve just had too many bad experiences with boys and now I’m scarred lol
