Kicks and movement

Baby #3 here. I’m 22 and 4 today. Last week he was kicking up a storm and rolling and I could feel it super strongly. The last day or so it’s like he only moves if I poke my belly and try to make him move. I never felt either of my other two babies this early so I’m not overly sure what’s normal or not. My next ob appointment is next Monday. Can they have like lazy weeks/days?? I’m still getting little kicks but nothing like last week and it’s mostly when I “irritate” him if that makes sense. Sigh idk why having a third has me so much more worried than I feel like I was with my other two babies.
