Hitting

Anyone having problems with your LOs hitting? I’m a SAHM and I’m getting beaten up all the time. I’ve tried ignoring it, tried saying “ow”, telling him I don’t like when he hits me, I stop playing with him and even just walking away. I can’t get him to stop and it’s getting to the point where it actually hurts. He’s even used toys and such to hit me.

Any advice would be appreciated!

** just a side note: I will not hit him back. I don’t believe in physically punishing my child so that isn’t an option at all.
