I'm feeling pretty discouraged

So I got my blood test done last Thursday. My hcg levels were at 264. I called them today trying to figure out the next step. They said my levels were pretty low, and I have to go back this Thursday to see if my numbers at least tripled. Right now they aren't wanting to do an ultrasound until my levels are over 1,000 and I just feel pretty discouraged about the whole thing.

My first pregnancy they got me in for an ultrasound right away. Especially since I'm high risk I'm surprised they havent.
