Stitches

Weird question : My husband and I have had sex a few times since delivery, and I just had my first period and used tampons. It all feels different and slightly uncomfortable. I fell like they somehow stitched my tear tighter than I was before. I only had 3 stitches so it was minor. Anybody else having a similar experience.
