Anxiety while pumping
I exclusively pump for my 3 week old. I pump 4 times a day and get 28 oz a day but every time I pump I either get this terrible anxiety or this feeling of just pure sadness. It makes me dread pumping. I’m getting to the point I don’t even want to pump anymore just because it makes me so anxious 😟
