Neither. It's not fair to ask your partner for toy to be their favourite person only. You can have several favourites, I'm sure they'd like to include their family in the list of favourites.
As for the one and only, I mean if you're married then that's obvious but if you're only dating then that's also an unfair commitment to expect.

If you’re a monogamous couple it’s reasonable to expect that you are your partner’s one and only partner at the same time as you. But you can’t control your partner’s past or future or what your partner thinks. Even if you want to.
