My son put himself to sleep last night I can’t believe it ! Our babies are growing so quick .

I’ve had him on a bedtime routine for awhile . Last night when I tried putting him down rocking him in my arms he was fighting it (unusual for him at night ) I laid him down on the bed next to me to give myself a break for a minute and when I went to pick him up he was sound asleep ! I couldn’t believe it .

I picked him up to transfer him to the crib and of course he woke up . My husband suggested leaving him to see what happens. He rolled around and talked to himself for about 5 mins and then fell asleep again ! Slept till 4:30 . I just can’t believe it. I’ve never done any sort of sleep training or anything , always rock him to sleep. My baby is growing up !
