Blankets while sleeping?

So obviously babies are in sleep sacks at first but I’m wondering at this point if any of you are covering baby with a blanket at night? My daughter’s room is so cold (two windows plus two skylights) and 20 degree weather is not a good mix. Even with heat turned up her hands and ears are cold to touch in the morning. I’m wondering if she’s cold and contemplating putting a blanket on her but worry because of the no blankets in crib thing. Though she is almost ten months so I dunno. What do you guys do?

My son sleeps with a blanket and he’s almost 11 months old!

We’ve used a blanket with ours for months. She usually rolls out of it and ends up with it balled up under her but she starts out with it on her.

My daughter started sleeping with a blanket around 11 months. 
I slept with a blanket since birth.
I’m considering letting my son start with a blanket soon and he’s 10 months tomorrow.
You are the parents, you know the risks. Make the decision on your own. You will know when she’s ready. And you can always start with naps and see how she does, that’s how I start.

We have done blankets this whole time. Started with swaddling then eventually she was able to kick them off and away and move them away from her face, that's when she started with loose blankets (about 4 months) and now she sleeps regularly with them. But as someone else said, she usually ends up on top of them rather than under them and it still ends up doing the trick. If she doesn't like the way it's placed, she moves or moves the blanket.

We use a large knit blanket and keep a space heater in her room. We set it so once it reaches a certain temp it shuts off. It’s really put my mind at ease.

We use a blanket but he's next to me on his sidecar bed so I know his sleep patterns and feel comfortable because he doesn't roll around a lot.
