Love my OB but...

So I have had the same OB since my first son was born. I absolutely LOVE him. He takes the best care of me and is so patient and understanding and genuinely cares about what I want. The only issue is Covid. Our hospital only allows 1 support person and mom and person both have to be covid tested upon arrival and discharge. This is such a big big turn off for me. I’ve been looking at the birthing center that is 45 minutes away and I really love everything about it. 2 support people, no mask required for mom, no testing, and you get to go home 2-4 hours postpartum. I reallllly want to go this route but I am having such a hard time letting go of my OB. My sons pregnancy was high risk so I got to see him 2x a week for 18 weeks and got to know him well! Just wondering if anyone else has felt torn like this and what you all decided to do.
