Being induced tonight. Any advice?

I am being induced tonight. FTM and I am nervous. I am not the best with hospitals because it makes me very anxious from past experiences. Any advice you can share to ease my worries?

Bring something to distract you. Like a book or nail polish, maybe a little DVD player for movies. Move often, don’t lay in the hospital bed the entire time. I made that mistake because I was so nervous and regret it because I went stir crazy even with a book.
