Question ladies about Feminine wash for your lady bits?

If I use Summers eve or any brand other than Summers eve that is an Feminine wash.

Will that keep my bacterial vaginosis at Bay where I won't have that infection anymore or will it get worse if I use Summers eve?

I have been using Dove soap for sensitive skin unscented,but I only washing my outer and some inner vaginal lips,but not directly up inside my vagina.

I see a lot of women buying Summers eve. I have been asking myself,if these doctors think they cause infection,then it must be that bad the way women buys it.

Just wondering if I should start using Summers eve! Any suggestions?
