Achy back, nausea, and diarrhea?

The last 2 days I have had very intense backaches— muscle spasms up top and then just achiness down towards my butt. I’ve also had several rounds of diarrhea and on an off nausea. I can’t even look at food sometimes. Super fatigued (although I get that before AF anyways) No fever, everything else is fine. Below is my bbt chart. I’m either 8 or 9DPO so idk if this could be related to implantation or just a random bug. Has anyone else had these symptoms and gotten a BFP? Or maybe
