Should I go to the er?

I’ve been straining to poop and I bled a little bit this morning from it. I then just went to the bathroom and this came out of my butt, a clot of blood. Should I go to the er and just the doctor? Anyone else had this happen?

Have you been having any stomach or abdominal pain? 
My advice would be to make an appointment with your primary care doctor as soon as you can. Or maybe call the nurses hotline and see what they say. Another option is urgent care. But always follow your intuition. If you feel like you need to go to the ER then go. Also, please don’t Google anything.
