Could I be pregnant?

So I’m on cycle day 40 and I have no period the past year my period has been regular 27-30 day cycle and this time I’m cycle day 40 and I’ve have experienced mentrual cramps for two weeks on and off now and no period. Right now I feel pulling in my abdomen and my pants have got a bit tighter , I have cried today three times randomly but here’s the catch I’m 9 days late and I have got 6 negative pregnancy test throughout this whole time I’ve missed my period. Last test was this morning. Yes I have unprotected sex and he pulls out which is why I’m even considering pregnancy first and I know you can get pregnant from pre cum.
