My man has a bit of a heart condition and sex really knocks him out. Besides just traditional woman-on-top (although I’d take tips; I’m a lot smaller than him and get dizzy easily so it’s difficult), what are some sex positions where he can relax?

Try sitting down position. Like him sitting on a chair and you're on top of him grinding. It's one of my fav positions because i get to do all the work while my man just sits and enjoys the pleasure
