Post partum weight loss
So I had my second baby boy in September and got back into exercise (mixture of cardio and weights) as soon as I could - unfortunately the scales haven’t budged intact I have put 2lb on!
I am writing this as in the past the number on the scales has been a huge trigger for me so now I measure inches and take progress pictures (I still get on the scales as well as I can’t seem to shake that habit!) having looked at my most recent pictures I have realised although there is no progress on the scales there definitely has been elsewhere, so if like me you feel dejected by the scales maybe start another form of tracking!
