Hi, I’ve been having spotting on and off since I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks. It’s stopped for about a week and a half to 2 and yesterday I had sex. Well I got up to pee this morning and saw this... I’m scared. My midwife said spotting is okay as long as there are no cramps or it isn’t filling a pad but I’m still freaking out. Could it be from the sex or would it have happened right after? I’ve saw & heard my baby at 7 weeks and I go to the dr in about a week!
