Is it possible to be taking birth control pills and become pregnant while on the pill?

My husband and I want kids but yet I’ve been on birth control since last year and we got married last year and we’ve talked about when we would want kids and what age.
Yet my husband and I had sex on the 8th of this month and I’ve been taking my pills consistently but yet a few weeks ago he told me that he wanted kids at 26 but yet I’ve been feeling really sleepy and have noticed that some of my clothes are getting tighter.
Is there a chance or possibility that even though I’ve had my period that I could be pregnant and not know it?

Birth control pills are 96-99% effective when taken correctly. If you are on antibiotics it can lower how effective the pill is while taking the medication.

You wouldn't be feeling sleepy and your clothes getting tighter if you're getting your period every month and you just had your period a couple weeks ago so you're possibly implanting now. Is it possible to fail, yeah, especially if you're not taking it consistently or had an illness like stomach bug and it didn't go into your body properly. But if you're on the pill and getting your period every month, you're not pregnant. Being fatigued and bloated may be related to something else like stress, diet, digestive issues etc
