Follicle scan

So I had my follicle scan today. From what I could tell my right ovary had 2 smaller follicles ~10 mm and left ovary (blocked tube) had 4 smaller follicles ~10mm. Anyone have similar measurements and end up with at least 1, maybe 2 good sized follicles? Back in November I had one follicle ~21mm, so I know they are able to get up there in size. Just nervous that having 6 follicles that size might be too much? Or they won’t grow. Either way, I’m nervous! I also have PCOS, not sure if that has to do with the amount of follicles....

Any thoughts, words of encouragement, experience is helpful!
