Anyone count macros while pregnant?
I’m 10 weeks 5 days pregnant and before I got pregnant I counted macros for fat loss. Once I had a positive test I altered those macros to maintain and my plan was to add 300 calories in the second trimester. However I’m still losing weight slightly. Any tips on how to safely count macros during pregnancy? My goal is to gain the right amount of weight for a healthy baby but no more. I should add that I have a BMI of 21 so I do not need to lose weight.
