Please excuse these photos but I really have no idea where else to talk about this or seek advice.

My nipple and areola are going through an eczema flare up. My eczema has never flared up here. It started on my left nipple and it is now appearing on the right areola. About a week ago my nipple was crusty due to the clear fluid it was oozing (no smell). I peeled all of the crust off and of course my areola was just a mess of wetness from the ooze all over. I rinsed over it with water and then put on cerave healing ointment over it. I put a bra on and lined the inside of my bra with panty liners so that the product didn’t rub off. My breast felt smooth but they were still oozing and red. So today the crusty photo is how my left nipple looks today it is crusty again. Would I be able to do the same thing I did before? As far as peel off the crust and etc.

I have a steroid cream (mometazone) but I’m not sure if it’s safe to put that on my nipple. Please if anyone has recommendations let me know. I added pics of both of my nipples.
