Hi there!

So here’s the deal. I have two daughters ages are 12 and 10. We are a blended family. I left my previous marriage when both my girls were very young. Very toxic environment. My girls and their step dad they have chose on their own to call dad has been around since the youngest was 2. Now the youngest has for the last 2/3 months have been very rebellious and has a new found attitude and mouth. She is very rude and has thrown out the whole “You are not my dad” thing. Their biological father has been steady in their lives the last year or so but prior came and went as how he saw fit. I am unsure as to what to do and I am at a total loss. My youngest has now requested to move to her fathers because “she just can’t get along with my husband” who has been daddy to her by her own choice for the last 8 years. He is hurt. Understandably, and to be honest I am too. I have no idea what to do but I am reaching out in hopes someone has some advice or has been in a similar situation.
