Sex with chronic bv

My partner keeps giving me BV whenever we go raw :( ive been out of town for about two weeks , been taking probiotics and ACV baths but unfortunately my symptoms haven’t gone away yet. Since he keeps giving it to me whenever we go raw, I was thinking we could just use condoms once I get back home and have sex once since it’s been two weeks, and then him and I both go to urgent care and get an antibiotic ( I’ve heard that’s the only way when you catch it from a partner). And then taking a break for another week. I know I’m supposed to not have sex at all until it’s all over, but does this sound like a good enough idea? I also may be pregnant so that comes into the equation, I’m sort of in the two week wait so I don’t want to unnecessarily hurt my baby but it’s so early I wouldn’t think it would. And since I’m going to get treatment as soon as we’re done having sex like right after I get back lol.
