First time loss

I’m 23 years old just currently found at my 15 week ultrasound that my baby stopped growing at 10 weeks and no heartbeat they called an abnormla pregnancy i won’t be able to get my surgery procedure done till next week because of the fact my placenta is right on my cervix so that’s my only option. I hate not knowing why it happend or what i did and idk how to even talk to my partner he’s very broken as well
