Losing weight?
So I’ve always wanted to lose weight and get fit. Over the years I’ve watched many weight loss transformation videos and it’s just a continuous cycle of motivation, fear of changing, then not doing it. But this time I think I’m going to go through with it. I think I’m a fairly healthy-ish person? In terms that I don’t like a lot of meats (other than turkey and ham and grilled chicken) I love salads, I love fruits and vegetables.
My only problem area is what I’m drinking. I don’t like water, I’m not big on soda which I guess is good but I LOVE my juices and powerades. I know water is the best thing but are there other things that I can drink while trying to lose weight? Any healthier alternatives? Any sort of store bought juices, teas that might’ve helped you lose weight? I feel that if I try to completely cut out what I love I’ll only end up in crash dieting.
Another thing I love is Greek yogurt and yogurt bars. Specifically the chobani flips, Do you guys know if those are bad to eat when dieting / changing eating habits? And if so any better alternatives.
