Feel sick on my period right now is this bad?

I never get this sick just cramps, back pain, and maybe feel a little ugh but today I feel so sick. I started period and feel like puking, heache, stomach ache, cramps, back pain, and nauseous. Is this mean something bad or what?

No, it could be a coincidence & you just happened to get sick at the same time you got your period or you may just be having a rougher period this month, hormones can vary from month to month so some months you may feel worse than others
