I feel nauseous this morning. This cycle was short. But I still had a heavy day. This time I did the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>, I had small pinching like cramps around my ovaries for the whole tww. On the day I started spotting, I got horrible cramps, which has never happened before and AF was 2 days earlier than usual. With this app, I have been usually on time. Most times I start to spot on the day that Glow says I'm going to get my period.
